Rules for selling bags, luggage, eyewear, hair extensions, wigs, and other fashion accessories including IP, authenticity, and labeling requirements.
What this covers
Bags, wallets, and accessories that use or imply a brand name or logo without authorization are treated as trademark infringement — the platform removes them as counterfeit regardless of pricing or how the description is worded. Sunglasses and eyewear must meet ANSI Z80.3 impact-resistance standards, and failure to meet those standards is both a listing violation and a consumer safety issue. Human hair extensions must clearly disclose origin (human vs. synthetic, natural vs. treated); claiming "human hair" for a synthetic or blended product is a material misrepresentation.
