What services does Polici provide?: Polici monitors selected public TikTok, TikTok Shop, and related policy sources and presents that material through a searchable library, a recent-change feed, a focused high-risk workflow, and curated topic pages. It also includes practical creator tools — Pre-Check, Script Creator, Script Analyzer, Video Audit, Violation Diagnosis, and Appeal Guidance — to help users review content before publishing or respond after an enforcement event. Results from Script Creator are saved automatically to your account so you can pick up where you left off.
How current is the policy information?: Polici runs automated scans every 5 minutes. The library reflects the latest snapshot captured by Polici, not a live representation of the source page at the moment you read it. Important decisions should therefore be verified against the original source.
What does Pre-Check do?: Pre-Check compares submitted copy against current topics and related rule entries. It combines a grounded evaluation derived from the library with an AI-assisted second pass that may identify risky phrases, alternative wording, and suggested next steps.
What is Video Audit and how does it work?: Video Audit accepts a TikTok link, an uploaded video file, or a pasted script, and returns two things in one result: a conversion breakdown (hook score, clarity, trust signals, CTA, retention, and specific line-by-line feedback) and a policy compliance check. For URL and upload inputs, Polici extracts audio via Whisper transcription and samples frames from across the full video duration for visual analysis. The result includes rewrite suggestions and a list of things to test next.
Can Video Audit handle videos with no spoken audio?: Yes. When Polici detects that a video has little or no spoken audio — common for faceless, music-only, or text-overlay content — it automatically switches to a visual-primary analysis mode. Sampled frames are described in detail by a vision model, and the conversion and policy scoring is reframed around what is visible on screen rather than what is said. Confidence is reported lower when visual coverage is limited.
What is Script Analyzer?: Script Analyzer is for studying how an existing TikTok script is built. Paste a TikTok link and optionally paste the script text, and Polici returns a breakdown of the hook, pain point, promise, script structure, CTA, compliance risks, and rewrite options. Results are cached by video ID so the same URL returns instantly on a repeat run.
What happens to uploaded videos?: Uploaded videos are processed temporarily to extract audio and sample frames across the video's full duration, and the temporary files are deleted after the request completes. If you later save a Pre-Check using extracted transcript or on-screen text, that resulting text may become part of the saved run.
Do Script Creator results get saved automatically?: Yes. Every script generated by Script Creator is automatically saved to your account after generation — no manual save step needed. You can browse and reload past scripts from the Previous Scripts panel inside Script Creator, or from the Saved page accessible in the account menu. Each saved result can be deleted at any time using the × button next to it. Free accounts retain up to 10 recent results; Creator accounts retain up to 50.
Are saved results private?: Script Creator history (and future tool results in the Saved page) is private to your signed-in account and is not accessible by link. Pre-Check runs work differently: a saved Pre-Check can be reopened via a direct result link containing the run token, and anyone with that link may be able to view it. You should not submit confidential or highly sensitive material through any Polici tool.
Do you offer accounts or team workspaces?: Yes. Polici supports customer accounts for sign-in, usage tracking, and subscription management. Team workspaces, shared review queues, and multi-seat collaboration are not currently part of the product.
Does Polici provide legal advice or guarantee compliance?: No. Polici is an informational workflow tool. AI evaluations, transcripts, visual descriptions, summaries, and policy matches may be incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect, and you remain responsible for reviewing the original source material and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
Which AI providers are used in the product?: User-triggered analyses use Groq Whisper for audio transcription, OpenAI GPT-4o mini for visual frame description, and Anthropic Claude Sonnet for conversion scoring, policy evaluation, and script analysis. Polici also uses OpenAI-backed workflows to enrich and summarize monitored policy-source content within the library.
