Terms of Service
Last updated: April 28, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Polici. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by them. If you use Polici on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
What the service does
Polici monitors selected public policy sources, stores source snapshots and detected changes, and provides a searchable library, recent-change review, Pre-Check, Video Analyzer, and related workflows. Features, models, and source coverage may change at any time.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only in compliance with applicable law and platform rules.
- Submit only material you own or are authorized to use.
- Do not upload trade secrets, highly sensitive personal information, payment-card data, or other material you are not comfortable placing into a shared workflow.
- Do not probe, disrupt, bypass, or misuse security controls, internal scheduler endpoints, or temporary admin features.
- Do not use Polici to support unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful conduct.
Submitted materials and saved results
You retain whatever rights you have in the text, optional context, and videos you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, process, transform, store, and display those materials solely as needed to operate Polici, generate outputs, maintain saved results, and produce aggregate analytics.
Polici does not currently provide customer accounts or private workspaces. Saved Pre-Check results can be reopened by direct result link, so anyone with that link may be able to view the saved result.
AI outputs and source accuracy
Polici is an informational workflow tool, not legal advice. AI-generated summaries, risk evaluations, safer wording suggestions, video analysis, transcripts, and OCR may be incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. The policy library reflects the latest snapshot captured by Polici from a monitored source; it is not a live warranty that the source continues to say the same thing when you view it.
You remain responsible for reviewing the original source material and for making your own legal, compliance, marketing, or operational decisions.
Third-party services and availability
Polici depends on third-party providers and infrastructure, including Anthropic, Groq, OpenAI-backed workflows, hosting, database services, and the external public source pages we monitor. Outages, rate limits, model changes, extraction issues, or source-site changes may affect availability or output quality.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may limit or restrict access when necessary to protect the service or respond to misuse.
Ownership
The Polici software, design, and original product content remain the property of Polici or its licensors. Public policy pages and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Polici is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of or reliance on the service.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of Polici after a revision is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. Support for Polici is currently handled through the DraftPilot support inbox.
