Summary
Guideline text restructured with "Show more" section header and clarified enforcement consequences (de-boosting, removal, suspension). No new requirements or behavioral changes introduced.
Why it matters
This is a presentation-only reorganization. Underlying rules on 3C listing accuracy, spec matching, and brand consistency remain unchanged. Sellers already comply with these standards; no new actions required.
Recommended action
No immediate action needed. Review the restructured guideline for clarity on existing rules (title structure, attribute accuracy, image authenticity, compatibility descriptions) already in force.
This guideline applies to all 3C (Computers, Communications, and Consumer Electronics) Products on the platform for all sellers and merchants in all applicable regions.
Providing detailed and accurate product information can help buyers quickly understand product features, thereby increasing the transaction rate.
These guidelines explain the requirements for listing 3C products.
Failure to comply may result in consequences such as de-boosting (which reduces product visibility), product removal, or account suspension, depending on the severity of the violation.
The scope includes, but is not limited to: Mobile Phones/Tablets/Computers and Accessories Audio devices (headphones/speakers/microphones)Smart wearables (bands/watches)Household small appliances (for example, routers, set-top boxes, power adapters, chargers, data cables, power banks)Other 3C digital electronic products and accessories Product Title
Recommended title structure for 3C products:[Brand] + Core Category + Key Specifications/Parameters + Applicable Scenarios/Devices + Unique Selling Points Example:[Apple] i Phone 15 5G Smartphone 256GB, Unicom Network, Dual SIM Dual Standby. Best Practices
Brand Name:
If a product has a brand, it shall be indicated and be consistent with the brand field in the attributes.
Core category terms: Mobile phones Tablets Routers Bluetooth earphones Power banks Data cables Key specification parameters: Capacity (128GB), power (65W), interface type (USB-C), network standard (5G), size (27-inch monitor).
Applicable devices: "Compatible with i Phone/Android/laptop" (especially important for accessory products).
Selling points and features: "Fast charging, noise reduction, Wi-Fi 6, 4K, 120Hz".
Absolute terms: "Number one", "Best in the industry", "Lifetime warranty against damage", "Never overheat", "100% non-heating".

Obvious false or unreasonable efficacy: "Signal never drops", "Never runs out of power", "Never crashes".
Brand/Model/Specification inconsistent with the actual situation: Ordinary chargers are labeled as "original official chargers", or incorrect memory/power ratings are marked.

Unauthorized or infringing "XX lookalike" or "imitation of a certain brand".
Product Attribute
Attributes are an important basis for buyers to search for products.
Providing inaccurate attributes may lead to product removal.
The following are the general attributes of 3C products: Brand: Should be consistent with the brand information in the title and details.
Avoid impersonating well-known brands or using misspellings that are confusingly similar to other brands (such as differing by 1 letter).
Model:
Use official models, such as "i Phone 15", "WH-1000 XM5", "RT-AX86U"Self-developed products should have a unified internal naming system to avoid multiple confusing model numbers for the same product.
Color/Appearance:
Use standard color names (Black / White / Silver / Blue), and avoid using non-standard color names such as "Popular Color" as official attributes.
Compatible Devices:
Accurately fill in the applicable devices, especially for accessory products, such as "this phone case is suitable for i Phone 15/16/17";Specify the applicable device rather than the applicable brand.
For example, avoid describing the product as "this phone case is suitable for Apple" in this case.
Size/Dimensions:
length × width × height / diameter / thickness.
Key technical attributes (depending on the product category).
Mobile phones/tablets: Memory (RAM - Random Access Memory), Storage (ROM - Read-Only Memory), Screen size, resolution, Number of SIM cards, Battery capacity.
Headphones/Speakers:
Connection method (wired/Bluetooth), interface type, whether it supports noise reduction, whether it has a microphone.
Projector:
Resolution, brightness, size, interface type.
Monitor:
size, resolution (1080p/2K/4K), refresh rate, panel type (such as IPS (In-Plane Switching) for better color, TN for faster response, or VA for high contrast), interface type (for example, HDMI, DP).
Charger/Data Cable/Power Bank:
Include rated power, voltage/current range, capacity (m Ah), interface type (for example, USB-A, USB-C, Lightning), and supported fast charging protocols (for example, Power Delivery (PD), Quick Charge (QC)).
Handheld game console: screen size / resolution, battery capacity, supported systems (Android / Windows / proprietary system).
Smartwatch:
screen size, resolution, touch type (full touch / touch + physical buttons), battery capacity/endurance.
USB Flash Drive / External Hard Drive / Solid State Drive (SSD) External Hard Drive: Capacity (for example, 32GB, 64GB, 1TB), Interface Type (for example, USB-A, USB-C, Dual Interface), and Enclosure Material (for example, Metal, Plastic).
Router:
Frequency band (2.4G/5G), speed, number of antennas.
Information is true and accurate, without false labeling: Avoid labelling 4G phones as 5GAvoid labeling a 4600m Ah battery as 5000m Ah Avoid writing the 18W charger as a 65W fast charger Key attributes should be filled in (even those marked as "optional" by the platform): Power supply/battery products shall indicate capacity, input/output parameters.
Storage classes shall indicate capacity and actual available capacity specifications.
Consistent with the title and details: If the title claims "256GB", the attribute must be 256GB to avoid inconsistency.
Information such as color, model, and interface type should avoid self-contradiction.
