Summary
Guidance document removed/archived. CA Prop 65 and CPSC choking hazard declaration requirements remain unchanged. No new rules introduced, only instructional content de-published.
Why it matters
Removal signals document refresh or consolidation but imposes no new compliance obligations. Sellers remain bound by underlying CA Prop 65 and CPSC policies. Risk is low unless guidance access is critical for compliance proof.
Recommended action
Verify that current CA Prop 65 and CPSC policies remain accessible via TikTok Shop seller portal. Confirm your product declarations are still saved in Qualification Center. No action required for existing compliant listings.
