If you don’t have the documents, contact your supplier or manufacturer. They’re usually required to provide them. To submit your application:
Click your shop icon in the top-right corner.
Go to My Account > Account Settings.
Select Qualification Center, then click Category Qualification.
Click Add Category Authorization. Follow the prompts to upload your documentation and submit your application.
