Refunds may take up to five business days. Such returns will not require the seller to approve the refund request after receiving the returned parcels. Tik Tok Shop will automatically approve refund requests once customers drop off their items.
Customers will receive an immediate refund once the logistics vendor receives and processes the item at the drop-off point.

Sellers will be notified of approved refund requests via Seller Center inbox and email. You can review the returned item through the standard 2nd Review process in Seller Center under Orders > Manage Returns.

If you are not satisfied with the condition of the returned item, you may reject the refund during this 2nd Review. If you reject the refund, Tik Tok Shop will automatically create a ticket for Customer Service to review. Customer Service will determine whether compensation is warranted based on the evidence submitted, such as images, videos, or comments about the item’s condition.
Sellers are responsible for the rules they set using the Automate Approve Refunds tool. Appeals will not be accepted for automatic refunds resulting from seller errors in setting or editing rules.
