Must comply with our Tik Tok Shop Content Policy, Tik Tok Community Guidelines, Creator Code of Conduct, and all other Tik Tok Shop policies

Must be based in the United States

Must have no prior record of having e-commerce permissions revoked by Tik Tok Shop, or being associated with accounts that have had e-commerce permissions revoked by Tik Tok Shop

Probationary shops have stricter binding limits (1 official; 1 marketing for business, 0 for individual).

Graduated shops can bind 1 official and 4 marketing creators.

EC bans on bound accounts can restrict or permanently remove the ability to add new marketing creators.

Sellers must wait 24 hours to unbind and cannot unbind from creators with low Health Ratings or severe violations.
