Summary
Elevated policy document from L2 requirement to main policy. Expanded existing creator bind rules with clearer structure: official vs. marketing bind definitions, binding limits by shop status, EC ban restrictions, 24-hour unbind wait, Creator Health Rating enforcement, and early-stage pilot controls. No new substantive requirements introduced.
Why it matters
Comprehensive documentation promotes consistent enforcement and reduces ambiguity. Sellers and creators already subject to these rules now have explicit, detailed guidance. Risk of misinterpretation decreases; enforcement standards become more predictable and documented.
Recommended action
Review binding limits applicable to your shop status (probation vs. graduated). Confirm creator eligibility criteria and early-stage pilot restrictions (30 days, 1,000 followers). Document current bindings and plan EC ban impact on marketing creator capacity if applicable.
